Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales/production teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and application trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers.
- Establishes new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Requirements :
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Knowledge of cutting tools
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Others or equivalent.

Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and maintaining SQL inventory System.
- Tracking inventory movement and update planner & purchaser when kit shortage occurs.
- Preparation for goods delivery to customer (Local/ Ovesrseas)
- Ensure Bin Cards are updated goods are received from packing section & when goods are delivered to customer.
- Prepare tools for coating.
- Store tools (finish goods) received in proper bins, racks, shelves or floor locations.
- Arrange tools for laser marking and packing.
